Soo my case has 2 extra coolers, one in front and one in the back but they don't have the usual 4pin that you just plug into the motherboard, they have theese 2 old cables and a 3pin.

The hell do I do with theese? I mean I have that old cable connectors on my psu but wouldn't it run at full speeds all the time then?

You should be able to take off the molex adapter and plug the fans in directly to the motherboard. You can use regular DC controlled (3 pins) fans on the PWM fan header (4 pins). These can also be controlled from UEFI/BIOS, and also with software like speedfan from Windows. You seem to have a Asus motherboard? Go to UEFI and select advanced and find QFAN control, there you can setup your fans.

Edit. At QFAN you need to use the autodetect settings feature first, this tests the fans to see their maximum speed etc.
