Hi,
I have having some fps problems with my computer, someone asked me to get msi after burner and look at the usage of my hardware.
my GPU (950) was at 60% at 60 degrees while playing overwatch at high to ultra settings.
meanwhile my CPU (i5 4460 3.2ghz quad core), all the cores were at 99%-100% at around 32 - 36 degrees.
please help me xD my friend has the exact same CPU but has a 960 and can play at ultra at 60 fps.
