Hello everyone,
I need you please please please to help me on this one!

Picture I'll be using to explain my situation:

I have a PSU with waaaaaay too many cables that are being unused. As you may see in the attached picture, I have a Thermaltake 750W 80 plus bronze PSU. Is there anyway to cut off some cables or is there anything that I could do to improve the airflow?

To clarify, the PC is clean right now. The picture is one I took before cleaning because a friend wanted to see how dusty it was. But well, right now the cables are under the HDD (or at least most of them). Buuuuut as you can see as well in the picture, it has a fan and the air is being blocked by those cables.
I can't place the cables over the PSU because my GPU (Nvidia GTX 970) has its ONLY fan upside down.
Those other cables that look white and black (or thick black cables) are the FANS cable which I don't know how to get together without messing with the CPU FAN...

Please I need all the suggestions possible. I am desperate! Thanks on the advance!
