I have a good quality 450W PSU (XFX 450W 34A 12v), can it power this set-up?
FX-4350
GTX 770
240gb SSD
2x4GB ddr3 RAM
If not, what is the best GPU I can manage with this set up?

Solution
The peak wattage of the 770 is 230w. The peak wattage of the FX-4350 is 125W, and the SSD and RAM barely use any power. Yes, your system would work but the power supply has a bigger chance of failing since you'll be using more power under full load. Unless you plan on running the system 24/7 and having it constantly at 100% load, I'd say you'll be fine with your current PSU. The problem with your GPU is that it's old, and older technology was less efficient, for example, your graphics card uses more wattage than the GTX 1080, which uses less than 200W.
