Amd fx 4100 with gtx 1060 ti ssc 4 gb will it bottleneck???? (need answers quick)!!!

"Bottlenecking" is wildly blown out or proportion. If you have a system that is out of balance, with a high-end CPU coupled with a low-end GPU, the GPU will limit the CPU's performance potential. The same goes for the other way around as well.
In this case, you have both a lower-end CPU and GPU (relatively speaking in terms of raw performance capacity). They should be fine, with minimal concerns over "bottlenecking". OCing the FX4100 could help, but the gains would be minimal.
