Mixing ram problem

Guys help i have mixed 4gb team elite 1866 13-13-13-31 timing with an hyper x 4gb 1866 10-11-10-30 timing when im not playing theres no issue but when i play after 5 mins my pc restarts, but when i remove my old ram theres no problem even if i played my older ram dont have problem also im playing with my old ram with no problem

Ram timings need to match up. You could either try to mid-line with both your timings and see if that helps, or you would need to go grab a set of RAM that matches one of the sets and pair it with that.

What do you mean try to mid line? I dont know many things about hardware, my bios have settings for ram timings is that can help with my problem?

When both inserted the pc used the timing 10-11-10-30

Try raising the DRAM voltage + 0.05 to help stabilize the sticks. If no joy, let us know mobo, CPU and model # of the sticks

I think my problem solved i just swap the two ram position and now im playing without restarting, the pc now use the timing 13-13-13-32 thanks to your suggest guys

guys my pc restarts now again i thought my problem is done because when im playing this morning my pc wont restart with my 2 ram sticks inserted but when i use it now to play gta v it restarts again this morning ive play 1 quickgame of nba 2k16, complete 1 mission in gta v, complete missiong in watchdog without restarting but now after it restart when im playing gta v i tried playin nba 2k16 1st quarter is not done yet it restart help guys

Did you try the voltage increase? If so try raising the CPU/NB voltage about the same also

No idont change anything i used it now and its not restarting in my observation it restart when i play and the side of case is close but when i open the side of case is open it didnt restart but when i use 1 ram it doesnt matter if its close or not
