Hi guys, i got trouble when install a new kit of ram on my p7h55m pro.
With 2x2gb kingmax single side, it works fine. But when i replace them with 2x4gb gskill ripjaws 1600 singleside, it restarts before getting to bios. With 1x4gb gskill singleside, it works until the 4-color logo of win 7 appears and dump.
I really confused. Hope you guys would help me. Many thanks

Running DDR3-1600MHz depends on the CPU you are using.

It may involve setting the AI Overclock Tuner to D.O.C.P (Dram OverClock Profile) and then selecting the [DDR3-1600MHz] OC Profile in the BIOS.

I suggest you try reading the motherboard manual to see if your CPU supports those settings.

I've follow your guides. But as i said, when i installed 2x4gb gskill. It resets right before i can access to bios.
I tried removing one ram then i could get into bios, set everything as you said, but my pc just stops at the win7 logo and it dump.(it says IRQL_NOT EQUAL_OR_LESS and sometime BAD_POOL_HEADER)

Which Ripjaws? the early - original RJs were made with low density memory ICs, which are compatible with the older model DDR3 mobos, since post 2010, DDR3 is made with high density ICs that aren't compatible - all the RJ X and RJ Z series of DRAM is made with high density ICs as are the newer releases of the original RJs. I'd look for the GSkill NT series of value DRAM, still available with low density ICs for compatibility
