iv bought some ddr4 corsair 2666 ram however my motherboard only says it supports 3600(OC)/3200(OC)/ 3000(OC)/ 2800(OC)/ 2600(OC)/ 2400/ 2133 MHz do i need new ram or am i okay ??

also is a i5-6600k compatible with the 2666 ram ??
