I currently have an i5-2500k @4Ghz which is cooled by a Corsair h75. I decided to upgrade my CPU, motherboard, and RAM today and have noticed on the box my h75 came in that it doesn't specify that it is compatible with the i7 6700k I ordered. (more specifically the LGA 1151 chipset)
I have seen a few forum posts (like this one) saying it is possible.
