So i just bought Samsung SSD EVO 850 500 GB. and i connected it to my PC (inside the case)..
I currently have 1 TB HDD and i want to have them both, but to use SSD as boot drive and as C: Disk ..
So the first problem is that the PC doesn't even recognise the SSD in Windows ( I tried Device Manager and Disc Managment )..

My question is how i can install the SSD without SATA to USB cable, because i don't have one) ,how i can make it C: Disc and how i can merge my current C: and D: Disc ?
And also i have the cloning disc from SAMSUNG and i want to clone only C: Disc, so how i can do that ?
I hope someone can help me :) Have a great day to everyone :)

Haven't tried it yet buddy, by the way i connected the SSD only with SATA 3 Cable .. without the power connector it is probably because of that ? what do you recommend ? 1st probably attach the bloody power cable ? :D ( i was thinking that the SATA 3 cable is giving a power, but it seems that this is false.. then what do you recommend ?

Nothing there.. Maybe i should put the migration CD. ; Turn the PC OFF ; Start it ; Enter Bios ; Put The CD/DVD Player as first priority ; Restart the PC and maybe it will automatically run ?

Oh yeah it is there and now ?
P.S I just installed it and made it like my new F: Disc yayyyy
But now how i copy everything and put windows on my SSD ?
2 P.S
Alright something has screwed up :(
First I installed the SSD from the Managment section and named it F: Disc
Second I put the Migration Disc and migrated the Data from my C : Disc to my F: Disc (which is the new SSD) and after the migration it said that i have to shut down and to put the Disc on ? I didn't know what to do ,so after i turned the PC on I had C: Disc with the Windows , my D : Disc , ONE NEW F: Disc with total space of 99 MB (Used 68 MB) and ONE MORE NEW H: Disc (which was the SSD) with all the cloned information... What the hell is going on ?
