Hi, I am connected via Ethernet and WiFi, I can connect to the router both ways but I cannot connect to the internet.

I have also been connected to the router for months and the internet only went down the other day.

The internet light is on the router but nothing is working.

Here is a copy of my IPconfig /all - Thanks

Solution
If your on the wifi and you have this issue you have interference that is knocking you off. Could be a neighbor or microwave or something like that. If you use the monitoring function you will be able to see the what the problem is. If you are wired in when it does it and you lose internet it could be a simple loose connection. Check and tighten connection and see if that doesn't fix your issues.

Are you able to ping any website addresses?

Do the lights on your modem indicate a working connection?

Have you checked the WAN status on your router's GUI?

Are there any specific error messages when connecting to a website?
