i7 4790k Overheating

Hi! My i7 is have little bit too high temps I think (screenshoot below) I'm using stock cooler. I read on net that i should be under 80 while gaming even under 90 is acceptable but my temps are way over that. I dont know safe temps for i7 (I mean temps when processor is shutting down). I'm going to invest into water cooling and here is my main ask. What liquid brands you recommend?

Well those temps are with stock cooler,when you get that water cooling unity it will reduce them dramatically and make headroom for overclock.
4790k have Turbo Boost at all 4 cores to 4.4 Ghz so it is already running medium OC even on stock without touching anything and that way stock cooler cant keep him at lower temps.
