DO NOT spend $70-$80 on a Corsair CSM. It's a pretty poor PSU overall, and for the price, there are many better options.
A quality 550W or so is what you should be looking for, but prices seem to be more favourable with some higher wattage options today.

If you're ok with rebates, the SuperNOVA B2 850W is a great price after rebate - although 850W is totally overkill for your setup:

A fully modular SuperNOVA G2 650W would be the closest to 'ideal' for you:

Or a SuperNOVA GQ 750W: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/rt8H99/evga-power-supply-210gq0750

Between the GPUs you asked about, there's unlikely to be any noticeable difference in performance - buy whichever is cheapest at the time of purchase.

FWIW, you could've picked up a Skylake i5-6600K & DDR4 for very comparable prices.
