Low Frame rate AMD R7

These are my Computer Specifications:

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHz

RAM:8GB

DUAL GRAPHICS:AMD Radeon(TM) R7 M440 4GB
Intel(R) HD Graphics 520

Recommended Resolution: 1920 x 1080

For some reason.....when i play gta v or Microsoft Flight Simulator X i get as low as 15 fps.........and game settings are all low...
What should i do for better frames ?

By the way this is a laptop......not a desktop....

MS Flight Simulator X is more CPU bound than GPU bound. And your CPU has a very low clock rate. You should be able to turn up settings and not lose performance. V-sync may also drop your FPS from near 30, to 15 (not sure a 2.5Ghz system can get to 30 FPS or not).
