I have always turned to this site for good information and now I need to ask for help with a new system build. I hope to buy everything on Black Friday or Cyber Monday. I am a novice so please excuse in ignorance.
Usage [from most important to least] - Office 365, surfing the net, streaming music to my living room, converting my CDs to FLAC, and managing my huge collection of digital music, which needs to be organized.
I never have overclocked, nor do I ever plan on it. I still have some old drives, which I use for back up, so I would like either eSATA [or current equivalent] and a USB 2.0 port or two.
I want to spend between $600 - $800, the less the better. That said, though, I am very value conscious. I would rather spend a few dollars more for something that is way better and more future-proof. I built my current PC almost 7 years ago, and it is going strong with its ASUS P5Q Pro Turbo mobo and Intel Q6600 CPU. My old Radeon HD4850 video card and 4 GB of ram, however, are just not cutting it any more. I have a retail copy of Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, so I do not need to purchase an OS. Here is the system as it is built so far:

Here is the breakdown, logic and questions. This comes out to roughly $730, after rebates. I would like to spend less, but I am unlikely to downgrade something just to save $20 or $30.
CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor - $180 at Micro Center
[It seems like the i5 series offers a lot more than the i3 series. I was going to go with the i5-6500, but this is only $10 more]
CPU Cooler: CRYORIG H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler - $35 at NewEgg
Motherboard: MSI Z170M Mortar Micro ATX LGA1151 - $99 at NewEgg
[HELP – I am totally lost with the motherboard. I am overwhelmed by reviews and options! Do I even need a Z170? Is an H170 good enough and will it provide a substantial savings over the Z170? I would like 4 RAM slots in case down the road I want to upgrade to 32 or 64 GB RAM.]
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 Memory - $99 at NewEgg
[I am totally open to suggestions here. This just looked like a good deal on good RAM.]
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 500GB 2.5" SSD - $165 at B & H
[I will throw a newer 1 TB Hitachi drive in for additional storage. If I have two Hitachi 1 TB drives, can I do a raid setup for them?]
Case: Thermaltake Core V21 MicroATX Mini Tower Case - $39 at NewEgg
[I want something easy to build that’s not as tall as my Antec 902 case. I live in Manhattan and it is very dusty, so easily removable filters are very important. I would love hot-swappable drives, but very few smaller cases offer that in this price range from what I saw.]
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA G2 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
Video Card: Since I am not a gamer, I am going to try to make do with integrated graphics, for now. When I can afford it, I will likely go for a Radeon RX470 card.
Additional questions. How do I get WiFi and Bluetooth on my new build? Do I need them? It would be nice to not have to plug my phone in to the PC to backup files, but that isn’t a big deal either. MY PC is hard-wired to my router and stream music from my PC via WiFi on my router.
