Hello, I got myself a new PC and I tried out Crysis 3.Everything on ultra and I have like 35-45FPS.
Specs:
GPU Nvidia GeForce GTX 970
CPU Intel Core I7-4790K 4.00 GHz(8cpus)
RAM 16.00GB DDR3/1866
OS Windows 10 pro (x64) running on an SSD
Got all new drivers.

Thanks in advance!

Solution
The visual difference between high and ultra is minimal, but the framerate impact is enormous. You could easily spend 5x as much on GPUs and not stay over 60fps in some games, given the right graphical settings.

Thanks for answering. I'll do what you said but it still bugging me the fact it isn't working properly on ultra taking in consideration that it wasnt cheap...and the game was lunched in 2014.Im not a graphic addict but im afraid it may be something wrong with it.

No, that's normal. The GTX 970 was also released in 2014 and was not NV's top end card then - the 980, 980 Ti and a Titan model were all above it. The Crysis series have a reputation for being some of the most demanding games, even if they aren't always the best looking.

EDIT: Sometimes I wonder if game developers aren't in cahoots with video card manufacturers. The fact that they add some virtually imperceptible settings that take 2-3x as much performance boggles my mind sometimes.
