My PSU is only on 10.5 volts, dangerous?

I'm guessing that is horrendous. It's a Cooler Master G600.
So my quick question is, how long before my pc shuts down permanently, or damages my setup?

Windows 7 64bit
MSI Radeon R9 270X Gaming 2GB GDDR5
AMD FX-8350 8-Core Processor
Crucial DDR3 BallistiX Elite 1866Mhz 16GB
Cooler Master G600, 600W PSU
Hitachi HDS7210 Harddrive
and a brand new Kingston UV400 SSD

I can't play games, it restarts with a quick glimtes of bluescreen

10.5 v ???? are you joking? this is extremely dangerous, this can fry your GPU littery.

a must replace.

Here are the max and minimums: Your shutdown is because of the low power on the rail , should be replaced. It will fail soon.

You probably weren't using a digital multimeter were you? if this was software reading it could have just been inaccurate from an improperly calibrated sensor.

contact cooler master if you can get a V series because your product has failed and are disappointed in the quality of cooler master.
this falls under warranty, with a bit of nice talking you might be able to get a best/best psu.

Better off replacing the G600 , not a good power supply and if it's shutting down you found the issue with the low reading.
