So far, this is my build list, and I want proof that it is or is not possible to overclock the listed processor to about 3.5GHz to 4.5GHz (4.5GHz at the absolute max, and wouldn't that be nice?)
I have seen a bunch of videos about overclocking newer xeons by a maximum of 5% of base clock speed, and another bunch of videos overclocking a very old Xeon on an older system to 4GHz+.
