Alright, so i have an old PC from 2007. The parts are AMD Phenom II x4 955 @ GHz, 6Gb DDR2 800MHz RAM, and a Sapphire Nitro Rx 480 8Gb @ 1380MHz. I did upgrade some parts like the GPU and PSU. The game is modded.

Do i not surpass these specs by a large margin? besides the CPU maybe. Should I be able to run Skyrim SE on Ultra at 60FPS. Or is my hardware, ie. CPU and RAM, just utter garbage
