Hi, so i want to spray paint some very very very small parts of my PC case, and my monitor.
I never spray painted anything so i dont really know what i need

So What paint, primer, tape, etx should i get? I need it as cheap as possible, while still being good quality.

Planning to spray those small PC case parts white and my monitor black, please provide links if you can. thanks!

For spray paint use automotive paint, those are most applicable. For plastic parts, use also automotive paint spray but made specially for plastic like for bumpers etc. You'll also need some kind of degreaser/cleaner to clean parts before painting, you can find that in auto paint stores. Primer you may need only for previously not painted metal and for masking tape, auto paint stores sell a kind that doesn't stick too much and is easily removed.
Keep in mind that such spray paint make very thin layers so you may need several coats if you are changing to too different color. There are instructions on cans and you can also ask sales person for tips, they know best.

ya thats were im confused about, which specific paint and stuff sould i get? where paint are good? can you link me to some that wont break my bank? trying to be as cheap as possible for these very small paint jobs

Sorry, I've no idea where you are, I'm here in Europe, Serbia so can't give you any specifics of what and where to by. Best paint to use is lacquer based, they dry out in minutes. If you want any quality stay away from general purpose paints like acrylic and water based paints like for furniture or stuff like that, you'll get only one chance for good job.
