I was going to buy a new PC and was wondering what the best website is for the best parts at the cheapest prices for building pcs? For example: digital stom, cyber PC, ibuypower, I'm not sure what the best website is thanks!

I don't really know too much about it... That's the basics of how it works. You'll have to read up on the Paypal website if you want more information on it.

Although you should know that there is almost always a minimum amount before you can use Paypal Credit. Some sites have this as low as $50, others up to almost $200. On Amazon, it's up to the individual seller to decide whether to accept this type of payment and to set a minimum amount. I believe the minimum on Newegg is $50 in your cart.

Okay I just don't know what the best parts are for my money etc... Also does that website allow me to make monthly payments? I don't have the money for upfront cash :(

PCPartPicker is not a place to buy your parts directly. It does the work for you and compares prices and models found in major stores around the web. It only includes new components, prices for used components are not shown in PCPartPicker.

As for monthly payments, that's up to the individual seller. PCPartPicker does not control how you pay for your parts.

Newegg allows you to check out with Paypal, I believe Amazon does this as well. You can sign up for Paypal Credit (formerly called Bill Me Later) and Paypal will pay the seller in full and you'll pay Paypal back over time. Does that sound like something you'd be interested in?
