Whenever I click on shut down on Windows, no matter the version, the monitor shuts down but the PC keeps on going, the red light of the HDD's disappear but the green light keeps lit. The cpu fan keeps on going normally as well and I have to press the power button until the PC completely shuts down.
Why is this?
