I plan to stream, and run a dual monitor set up down the road. But an idea of the games I want to play is: Rainbow six siege, Black ops 3, Titanfall 2, Battlefield 1,Star wars Battlefront, Overwatch, and H1Z1, and CS Go, GTA V. as well as many more games, and some more games down the road when they come out. Will this build run these games smoothly? Thanks for all the help It is greatly appreciated!

I decided to go with a pre built because I'm not confident in my skills to build a pc. I didn't want to screw up and break something lol

^That PC would be terrible. Avoid at all costs.

You're not going to find a GOOD pre-built pc, but you could certainly do better than that one.

Building a PC is not hard. It really isn't. I highly recommend doing a bit of research and watching an instructional video on building your own. There is nothing but benefits from doing so.
1. You choose your parts so you know you're getting GOOD parts.
2. You get the very most for your money.
3. It's fun.

newegg has a 3 part instructional video that is extremely helpful for people with no experience. Check them out. Here is part 2 where they actually put a PC together. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d_56kyib-Ls

Spec wise it seems ok but I would rather buy quality components. Also the CPU is a "FX Series"...well does that mean a weak cpu like the fx-4300 or does that mean its a good AMD one like the fx-8370? Second, what is the PSU. A cheap PSU can ruin the system.

I second CTurbo and suggest getting learning to build your own. Saves money and gets higher quality components and better performance. Are you willing to invest a couple hours watching youtube builds?
