I am preparing to purchase all the parts to build a new budget gaming PC. I would like any and all opinions for changes to be made. I5 6500, MSI GeForce GTX 1060 Gaming X 6 gb, NZXT S-340 Mid Tower Case, Corsair Vengene 16 gb DDR4 2666 mh, MSI Gaming B150 M3, Western Digital Caviar Blue 1tb, and my brother is giving me his old Corsair CX 750. Any and all opinions are much appreciated. Thank you for your time.

I would tweak it a little, but it is more for my needs and most of the changes are for a bit less $ for similar/equal performance. My build would look like this:

It is about $16 less and has:
* A cheaper Mobo, but has the same B150 chipset options.
* An SSD of good size and the performance in and around the OS will be much greater than a standard HD that you selected.
* GPU is going to be about the same performance as yours, but is about $40 cheaper.
* Case is different and is still built well and can hold quite a bit too.

I was going with the MSI iteration of the Graphics Card because I have heard really good things about Twin Frozr 6.

You have that option to do so. Generally most GTX 1060's are going to perform within a few % points of each other. You are then left with the other options, which are the warranty offered and how the GPU is put together (i.e. cooling, size, etc.).
