No sound from computer speakers, only static

So I was watching a movie on my PC and when I turned on the speakers, the sound was null and there was a lot of static noise. I restarted my PC several times but didn't work. I disabled all enhancements, didn't work. I went through all the different solutions but all of them were not fixing the issue. Then I connected my speakers to my laptop and they worked perfectly, so no problem with the speakers. I even connected my headphones and the problem still persisted. What could be the problem? I just got my motherboard repaired last month. It had a USB overcurrent issue but it is now solved. But now this... I'm just frustrated. Please help!

I tried it. The front panel audio jack is also giving me only static noise and no, my volume is full, neither muted, nor turned off. For now I've connected the speakers to my monitor and thank God the sound from the monitor is fine. But I still want to fix the issue of the motherboard and front panel audio.
