Solution
Are you using a built in wireless adapter (motherboard), a PCI-x wireless adapter, or a USB wireless adapter?

Can you provide the make and model? If you have a USB wireless adapter make sure it is firmly and fully plugged in. Try it in another USB port if another USB port is available.

Shutdown and restart your computer.

Right-click the wifi logo and click troubleshoot connections. See what Windows can find, report, and do.

If that does not work reinstall the drivers for your wireless adapter. Download the drivers directly from the manufacturer being sure that the drivers match your OS. E.g., Windows 10, 64bits.

Should none of the above work, please run and post the results of "ipconfig /all" without quotes via the command...
