Should i go sli 770 or upgrade

Hi i have evga gtx 770 ftw 4gb card clocked at 1215mhz and was wondering since i had a 1080p 144hz monitor to get another 770 there like 100$ on ebay or upgrade to maybe 980ti or something and also my cpu is a 4690k @ 4.8ghz

I would sell your 770 and buy either a 980ti or a 1070. I had a 770 SLI setup for a while and I wasn't happy with the microstuttering and the issues with not all games made for SLI. From what I've read 770 SLI is just as powerful as a 980ti or the 1070 without the issues from running an SLI setup. Once I moved to the 980ti from the 770 SLI, it was a world of difference. I had no more microstutters, less power draw, less heat, and it worked with every game, all the time.
