Is my old 400W psu enough?

Hi, is my 400W psu (Fortron AX400-60APN) enough for this setup?

CPU AMD fx-8350
MB Gigabyte 970A-DS3P
GPU MSI gtx 960 2gb
250gb hdd from WD

It worked fine with old cpu and GTX 960, but i am upgrading to fx-8350 and new MB, so I want to know if my psu will be enough.

Since I had to guess at a model number, I would say that is a 640 CPU. That was a 95W CPU. Your 8350 is 125W (unless you get the 8350e which is 95). You should be OK. I can't find much info on the quality of that PSU.
