So I'm looking to build a new PC. I do not have a deadline as to when I want to have this done. I'm only looking for suggestions as to whether or not I have a good list of parts. That will future proof my system for newer upgrades when needed. All suggestions and opinions are welcome. I did not list SSD, HHD(s), PSU, or CPU cooler as I will have these coming from another PC I currently have on hand.

I also do not care about the case as the one I listed will be refinished (stripped and repainted with a custom design) and redesigned to have a full clear plexiglass side panel. So basically I'm looking for advice on the parts listed below and I want to keep the cost for these parts below 600 dollars.

Thanks for the input, exactly the kind of information I was looking for. I'll go and check out some 1070s then.

What is the intention of this build, Gaming, streaming, editing?
Well this would mostly be used for gaming and video streaming(watching vids online). It would need to be able to run games like Fallout4, Witcher3, and others like that at high ultra not need but would be nice.

What kind of monitor do you have?
ACER X223HQ HDMI Monitor
WhaleStone New Release 1200 Lumen Mini Portable WS80 LED Home Theater Movie Projector
or a rv when wanting to. I switch up the display depending on mood and need.

@geofelt and SR-71 Blackbird. I have a cooler already, but thanks for the advice. If you are now wondering what cooler I have, its a Corsair H60 water cooler. If you have opinions on the cooler have at it.

With your 2 points on advice I think I have found the final pieces I need to be confident on these choices. Thanks again.

Since you have a H60, that's fine.
But, you asked my opinion on liquid coolers:

My canned rant on liquid cooling:
------------------------start of rant-------------------
You buy a liquid cooler to be able to extract an extra multiplier or two out of your OC.
How much do you really need?
I do not much like all in one liquid coolers when a good air cooler like a Noctua or phanteks can do the job just as well.
A liquid cooler will be expensive, noisy, less reliable, and will not cool any better
in a well ventilated case.
Liquid cooling is really air cooling, it just puts the heat exchange in a different place.
The orientation of the radiator will cause a problem.
If you orient it to take in cool air from the outside, you will cool the cpu better, but the hot air then circulates inside the case heating up the graphics card and motherboard.
If you orient it to exhaust(which I think is better) , then your cpu cooling will be less effective because it uses pre heated case air.
And... I have read too many tales of woe when a liquid cooler leaks.
google "H100 leak"
-----------------------end of rant--------------------------

Your pc will be quieter, more reliable, and will be cooled equally well with a decent air cooler.

Thanks again. Yeah the cooler was a gift a few years ago. Im actually thinking of using a regular cooler. Like the one you suggested in your first post about coolers. By no means im a just shrugging off your advice. I take it all in full, because I want to make sure my rig is not only strong but safe and reliable in its design. I appreciate your advice.
