Will 2400mhz ram work on a 2133mhz board?

If I buy the ram which is corsair 2400mhz, will it work on a msi h110 matx that supports 2133? Do i need to change anything in the biost so it can work or is it just plug and play?

Yes it will work assuming it's DDR4. It will just run at 2133mhz automatically.
