Need help buying the first PC gaming

so i'm about to buy my first PC gaming and i have pick out 3 PC gaming that i like the most but i don't know which one is the best so can someone tell me in these 3, which one should i buy.

What monitor are you using this with? What games are you playing? And what is your budget?

Would you consider building your own?

The other's are only using 8GB of RAM, and 16GB is rapidly becoming the new standard. The 3rd PC is missing an SSD, another must for a modern PC.

1) for monitor, im gonna use the one from LG
2) probably some action games like battlefield 1,GTA V, skyrim, overwatch
3) currently, I have $1300 but I only want to spend $1200 and the remaining $100 I'm gonna use it to buy games

What do you mean by "the one from LG"? The type of the monitor determines what type of Video Card you'll want.

In both cases, I'd recommend these upgrades

at least 16GB of RAM (don't worry about speed),
a 250GB Solid State Drive (SSD) for fast loading in Windows and Games,
at least a 1TB storage drive for movies, pictures, etc (you can skip this if you don't need to store stuff), and
at least a NVIDIA 1060
