Last year we got my younger brother a PC for gaming and though it isn't the greatest build you'll see, we knew that with some basic upgrades it could run some of the smaller games. So the 1st upgrade we made was buying Kingston HyperX DDR3 1866 C10 1x8GB and I'll be adding a graphics card as well at Christmas.

The problem I've had though is that when I installed the RAM it has scored 28% on the user benchmark test, which I think means that it may not be working well with other components.
This is the build here:

ASUS-A88XM-PLUS
AMD A8-7650K APU
Toshiba DT01ACA050 500GB
Kingston HyperX DDR3 1866 C10 1x8GB

P.S. There's a note on the site saying I should ensure that an XMP BIOS profile is enabled, what does that mean?

Solution
The Fury don't use XMP, they run off PnP (self setup), check in CPU-Z to see what they are running at. Look in the memory tab, the freq should indicate +/- 933
