Hi, ive had my NZXT H440 Case for a while now (saving money for components) ive never noticed it but my top io usb 2.0 wires have been cut, 1 red and 1 white. Il link a photo and help would be great.

Yeah so it's not supposed to be like that and it's either defective, or got damaged somehow. You could solder the wires together really easy if you're familiar/comfortable doing that, or you can stick with just the usb ports from the other header.
