Depends on what their requirements are based on, on what kind of performance that is. For most people, including me, the Intel i5 isn't holding on to 60 fps in Battlefield 1. Only CPU's being able to hold onto 60+ fps at all times are Intel i7 CPU's, highly overclocked i5's (Still not consistently), or DDR4 RAM at 2666 Mhz frequency or higher. The game is quite a nightmare when it comes to CPU and RAM usage, especially as I can't OC my memory over DDR3-1600. I'm frequently dropping below 60 fps and It's really been hindering my performance.
And benchmarks show the FX-8350 is nearly on par with an i5-4670k, which I find weird and I'm skeptical about, but that's what Game GPU says:
