Information: This will be my first computer build ever so I am a bit anxious. Not exactly sure where everything goes so I'll be referring to the manual and the internet A LOT. If anybody can send me some great resources, references, and possibly even help me over Skype If I need it during the build process it would be very appreciated! (For example, where to put my SSD at, the graphics card, make sure my RAM runs at 3200MHz, etc)

I know the build may be a bit overkill, but it should be well worth it in the future. As of right now, I will be doing some research on Micro Center's in-store reservation pickup so my parts won't go out of stock! (One or two items only have 2 or 3 in stock!)

Quick Clarification(s):

1. The CPU cooler should be face the RAM.

2. The PSU will be applied FAN DOWN.

3. This will be the amount of thermal paste I'll be applying.

Onto The Build:

Nah, not worth it with that increase.
The only reason i'd buy higher frequency RAM is to help with CPU overclocking, which it does (What i've done here), or for rendering work.
At the point of 3000MHz, above that it gets a bit excessive for overclocking, won't make much of a difference.
You won't really need more than 250 tbh, it's only meant for OS and software, which'll end up taking around 120-150GB worst case.
The Amp! 1080 is very good, and an extremely good deal I wouldn't pass up atm.
You're paying $70 more for a card which will essentially perform the same; maybe run a bit cooler, up to you.
You'll be fine with the rebate.

Also that guy doesn't seem to know what he's talking about, the Phanteks fans are good as far as case fans...

Well there are quite a few things that are debatable with this build. The speed of the RAM has no noticeable effect on performance, so if you can find cheaper DDR4, I recommend you go with that.
I also recommend downgrading your 850 Pro to an 850 Evo SATA3. Once it's an SSD, it makes little difference which model when it comes to loading times for games and OS. It's around 160£ RRP, but you could find it cheaper.
Your PSU is overpowered, the most you could ever need is a 600W.
You should also get rid of the case fans you want to buy. It very very little difference to thermals, but makes the computer quite a bit louder.
(I should really write a guide on this. I've seen so many builds where people spend money on useless things)

It's the silence of the fans that is the main attraction as well as PWM control, not airflow, although the Silent Wings 3 do push good amounts of it.
There isn't much else that's worthwhile spending money on, and the lower the acoustics on a PC the better, especially over long term use.

Updated build. New thoughts please.

To the guys above:

Sorry guys, the "cooling god" at Overclock recommended me the cooling setup. (Case & Fans)

@Chugalug_

"Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws 4 Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($84.97 @ Jet)"
I had that memory originally, but for an extra couple bucks it seemed like it was worth it for the extra 200MHz and a better looking design.

"Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($94.77 @ OutletPC) "
250GB most likely won't be enough for me and I rather not try to squeeze everything in, I'll settle with the 500GB. Doing some research this will be a better decision.

"Video Card: Zotac GeForce GTX 1080 8GB AMP! Edition Video Card ($569.99 @ B&H)"
I like the idea of squeezing in a 1080, although from a little bit of research it seems they might be having heating issues. A lot of people recommend the MSI Gaming X, and I can shell out the money for it.

"Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA G2 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($73.98 @ Newegg)"
B&H sells the 750W for $99.99 but with a $20 mail in rebate and the offer ends 11/30. Will the rebate still work if I buy the product on 11/28 and ship it in on the same day? Rebate expires on 11/30.

Also that guy doesn't seem to know what he's talking about, the Phanteks fans are good as far as case fans go; sure, but why would you buy them new when other options run so much better for a similar price? (E.g. Fractal Design fans)
