Hello everyone,
I have a computer that can dual boot Windows 10 and 7. Months ago, my Windows 7 started crashing on startup. Recently I switched to a new computer, and it still doesn't boot up, even on safe mode. My Windows 10 partition works fine though. Help would be very much appreciated.

Thanks!

Boot Manager sounds like it's been corrupted. Relatively easy fix depending on how badly it's corrupted or damaged. Try running Startup Repair first to see if it can repair the damaged components, if not, you'll have to do a clean install of the OS.

Regardless, because we won't know what caused this, I recommend backing up your system with either a disk imager (i.e. Macrium Reflect) or a snapshot tool (i.e. RollBack Rx)

Hello,
Sorry to say, but your solution didn't work, so I formatted the partition and did a clean install. Now it works fine, but it's having update problems, and Aero Effects aren't working. Windows 7 is taking forever too check for updates! =(
