New pc builder running into trouble

i just built my first pc but when i press the power button on the case the only thing that happens is the LED front light on the case turns on and thats it, no fans spin, and am I worried how do I fix this?

First thing to check is if all power connectors are in the proper places, and are all the way in the socket.
