So basically I am using a Samsung Galaxy S3 and when I hold it in my hand for a few minutes I can just feel it's hot. When I play a game (Bike Race) I've to turn my phone 45 degrees. The left side it to brake and the right side is drive. When I hit drive for only 30 seconds it gets stuck because it's so annoying hot.

You might think it's my battery but I've bought a new one for about 5 times now.

It could be my RAM and CPU I thought, so I downloaded an app that kills all active apps. Then I decided to play Bike Race again and in 3minutes it's hot like hell and nothing works again. The app says my phone is 36 degrees but it's been 41 degrees sometimes

I also had to buy a new touchscreen so I don't know anymore

Deleted a lot of apps on my phone

The game it self is not the problem

Anything else? I don't know

The S3 is too old for this. It's processor, an Exynos 4---, is based on an older process. It also has very little RAM. When you run games on an old phone like that, it will stress the hardware very hard. However, from what you're telling me, 45 degrees is actually fine for a phone. Back when I had an S4 it could run all the way up to 54! Anyways, if you think it's too hot, I think it's about time you get a new phone. I recommend the OnePlus 2 for a relatively cheap upgrade.
