So I am about to purchase parts for my new expensive computer soon. I have been using pc part picker to organize it a lot. Pc Part picker shows you the lowest price for components around the internet. Some of my part's lowest price happens to be on super biiz. I am planning to buy a 6900k (~$1000), an x99 deluxe 2 (~$400), and an NZXT s340 elite (~$100) so all i'd like to know is if they provide good service, and are legit and aren't a scam or something fishy.

Thanks!

pcpartpicker is legit, and so is superbiiz. the only problem is that if you are in an unfortunate location they charge like 20-30 or even 50 bucks of shipping sometimes. click into he site and see how much shipping. but as of legitimacy, they are good. at times you can find some o their listing on amazon.

PC part picker is one of the most popular sites when it comes to choosing PC parts and where to buy them. According to them, they only show sites which are known to be legitimate. I've never bought from there personally, but I've never heard of anyone getting scammed by them.

I'm probably too late in saying this, but just in case someone comes to this thread looking for an answer: be careful. Superbiiz is legitimate but their customer service, shipping times, and return policies are sub-par to put it mildly. There are many reports of horrible DOA return experiences. They have the standard 30 day return policy for DOA but what they don't tell you is that sometimes the product will take weeks to get to you and the 30 days starts before your product is marked as delivered. Also, they have to receive the item back within the 30 days (according to a customer service rep within some e-mail communication over a DOA product), they do not consider you sending it within the 30 as valid, and if you have to send it back plan on paying the shipping for it because they certainly won't be. As far as contacting customer service to get this done, many have reported that they were dismissive, evasive, and generally not willing to work with the customers in these situations. I have heard some reasons for this, including that one of their customer service offices consists of just two active representatives named Jennifer and Jessica. Two representatives to answer the phones for an entire customer service office that is supposed to serve who knows how many people is nothing short of ridiculous, although the reviews I have seen indicate that Jennifer's customer service is on a much higher level than that of some other Superbiiz representatives. If you had decided for whatever reason (other than a DOA) that you no longer want the item you ordered and wish to return it for a refund, DO NOT open the box. If you have opened the box they will not be giving you your money back, so make that decision prior to any unboxing. And again, plan on paying to ship it back. These conclusions are all based on reviews and complains from the better business bureau, trust pilot, and forums like these. I have ordered a few items from superbiiz and had no real problems other than slow shipping but upon my research and these conclusions, I do not personally order from them anymore. I'm willing to pay that extra to know that customer service will have my back, so Amazon and Newegg are my go-to's. Especially because a simple, inexpensive amazon prime account completely removes shipping cost as a factor and I consistently receive my items on time or sooner when ordering from them. PcPartPicker is great, but we as consumers need to decide what level of quality assurance we are willing to accept. the part picker shows you the cheapest options among legitimate businesses but that doesn't mean they factor in things like this.
