Can you give me part ideas for a good PC under 300 (no Graphic card)?

This is for my sister. Will mostly be used for school, browsing web, etc. NOT for Gaming.

I dont want to get a $300 PC from a manufacturer because they end up breaking after a year or two and i want to build it because well...its fun and i can upgrade in the future for he. I have a i5 4590 1150 CPU and will give it to her after a couple of years (that is why im trying to keep it at 1150) however, do give me a good 1151 build if you can.

Looks good to me. Good starter computer. I would suggest a smaller PSU since you won't need all that power, and also maybe a Micro ATX dedicated case, as the one you have now is just ATX. Overall, I hope your sister loves it!

can you give me a psu that is reliable?
i realised that the parts are about 350, i need than as close to 300 as possible

looks good to me, I would personally go for 2x4GB (8GB) RAM for all those chrome tabs!
the case is awesome, but do you really need such a nice case for a basic PC? you could save some money choosing a different case if you really want to.

do you know any good looking windowed cases under 60 bucks? im ok with micro atx, just need it to looks decent and be less expensive
