Samsung Magician software does not showing sata interface for my SSD evo 850

I am using windows 10, version 1607, I am using Samsung Magician software lates version 4.9.7, I also use AHCI mode of my Bios setting, My motherboard is Asus H170 pro gaming and my SSD is samsung 850 evo. Problem is Samsung Magician software showing that "unable to detect sata port and Deactivated AHCI mode" why Samsung Magician software does not detect my sata 3 port and AHCI mode?

Well, I've heard of issues like that before and some people has referred to that problem as a software bug. Don't worry, if your SATA mode is set to AHCI, then you SSD is running in AHCI mode, even if the software does not detect it. You could still give it a try with a different SATA port and/or cables, to see if anything changes, if you want to. Another option would be to try and reinstall the software or try an older version.

You could also contact the software developer's customer support for more info.
