Really slow phone internet

Hey guys, I have an Alcatel One Touch Evolve XL and I've been having internet problems. I've tried all the stuff like installing a faster browser, clearing cache, resetting phone etc. We have a 150 mb/s internet connection, and I get 0.33 mb/s download. Im on a 2.4 ghz band. If you need anymore info just ask. Any ideas?

One reason for this could be a weak signal (if you are too far away then your internet will slow down) . Another reason could be that the wireless frequency band you are using (2.4ghz) is crowded with other people's signals. When you connect, do you see many other networks from others? If you can change your wifi to 5ghz then I would do that, because 5ghz internet is faster.
