Hey guys so finally made the switch from a old fx 8120 with a ga-990fxa-ud3 motherboard to an 6600k with a z170xp-sli motherboard now recently took my pc into my local canada computers for a diagnostic check and they fixed it but recommended that I properly seat the motherboard on the risers.
Once I got home with my PC I reseated the motherboard the best I could only to realize that I didn't have enough proper screws for the risers, so I decided to try booting my system up and voila! the reboot came back, so I figured it was maybe the lack of risers.
I go back to the store to buy a case, came home, installed the motherboard, and again the same issue arose! So yes I have checked out the sticky and done nearly everything but still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
