Solution
Hi there Rommy_,

Do you have hard drive installed in the system? (or SSD) Do you have an OS CD or a bootable flash drive?

If you have both of those, you will just need to install OS, as grana92 suggested. If you don't have those two, your system would not really boot up OS.

There are many tutorials on how to install Win on the internet.
Here's one: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10

It means that you either didn't install the OS or the OS drive is not set up in boot priority list in BIOS. To access BIOS you power up your PC and immediately tap F8 on your keyboard multiple times. Then you navigate to the boot settings either via your arrow key or mouse. Then you need to set your boot drive (the one that has windows installed) as priority 1 on the list.

If you didn't install the windows, well.. You have to install the windows :)
