I have the MSI one and it actually boosts up to 1936 MHz (in the pre-shipped "Gaming-Mode" Profile), it's a fine card, even though it is not the cheapest GTX 1060 6GB. You might choose a cheaper model and probably clock the difference by yourself depending on the amount you want to spend.

i have the asus gtx 1060 OC, boosts up to 1900ghz overclocked. Its very quiet and has RGB colors + a nice backplate, looks very sleek. Its a large card due to the 3 fans. I really like it.
