Hi all,

Ill try to put as much info as i can.......

So, my newest computer has all the good stuff but doesnt play as good as my old computer
NEW: i7 3930k. Asus rampage IV formula. 16GB DDR 1866Mhz. GTX 680 Sli. LG 144Hz monitor. G19 keyboard. G512 mouse, Astro A40 TR headphones. RAID0 240GB Patriot Wildfire

OLD: i7 920. Gigabyte EX58-Extreme. 6GB 1600Mhz. GTX580. G15 keyboard. G5 mouse Astro A40 TR headphones. SSD (cant remember)

So basically i can play my new one and cant seem to hit anything. I jump on my old and have little issue with it..........I have tried the following..

Performance test on all hardware with great results.
Swap GPU's over.
Deleted CS & re-download.
Deleted Steam & re-download.
Formatted computer.
Reset modem.
Factory reset modem.
Tried different configs for CS.
Ping/Speedtest with great results.
Ethernet lan tests on cable/hardware all passed.
Different settings of Nvidia.
Tried different port in wall.
I downloaded and installed the latested drivers for all inc intels network and nvidia's software.
I bought a new SSD for old computer and RAID0 the 2

I can swap from PC to PC and can tell straight away the difference.

I really dont know what else to do. Considered getting a new board but i cant be sure that is the fix. Nothing points to any hardware issue. Then i started thinking maybe an older bios/software/drivers....... Im at the end of what i can think...........I built both computers......Please help me I'm desperate........................Thanks in advance................

Sarin.

EDIT: I have had this computer for ages with no issues............until around 6-12months ago

Yes matey. I have tried same configs. Different configs. The only thing i can see is the drivers are not the same. I haven't fully updated the driver on the old computer. I have also tried older drivers with no luck................
