I'm playing BF1 with CPU "i5-2400" but my cooler is not performing good because CPU goes up to 95'C so i guess maybe i need Thermal Pasta or a new cooler.

My Cooler is: "Spire SP08025B1L3/4-CB, Fan Blower DC Fan 80x80x25mm 12V Fan 3 & 4pin Ball bearing" is it fine or need replacement?

CPU: http://ark.intel.com/products/52207/Intel-Core-i5-2400-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3_40-GHz

if the cooler is not good i can buy this one if it's a good one: http://www.deepcool.com/product/cpucooler/2013-12/7_459.shtml

Solution

It looks like Spire STARFLOW SP601S7

Anyway - it's designed for CPUs with max 65W TDP.
i5-2400 is 95W TDP CPU. You need better cooler for that.

Get Cooler Master Hyper EVO.
The first thing that I'd do is pull off the CPU HSF and clean off the thermal paste and reapply new paste. Then install the CPU HSF and see if your temperatures change for the better/worse. If you find that it hasn't really improved anything you can then move onto your case fans (assuming you have some) and see if you have enough cooling to the inside of the case. If it looks to be good there, then I would consider upgrading the CPU HSF.

Depending on how much room is in your case, I would opt for the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO or the Cryorig H7 Details are HERE.

That's not a cooler. It's just a regular 80mm fan.
Can you take a photo of your cooler, upload to web (imgur.com or tinypic.com) and post link here?

That deepcool link seems to be broken. Is it gamma archer cooler in that link? Anyway - that's a cheap crap.
Get something decent:
