how to make my voltage change auto

hello iam currently running on 4926mhz cpu clock and my voltage is 1.371
is there anyway that i can make my voltage change according to how heavy iam using the cpu ? like i want my max voltage to be 1.371v and on idle or low usage to be something like 1.1v or 1.2v
btw i have i7-4790k and asus z97 pro gamer mobo

Enable intel speed step and turbo with an offset voltage. It will turbo itself to 4.9GHz while doing something intensive such as playing a game.
