This is going to be a long one.
*Just a bit of background story* - I tried to download Kali Linux onto my computer where everything was fine, but the installation went wrong and it wouldn't let me delete it (I wanted it off my PC) so I tried a "Remove Everything and reinstall Windows" but it gave me an error about missing files, so I downloaded them onto a USB and voila it worked.. kinda.

When the PC loaded back up I had nothing (as I expected), but my internet wasn't working (I think dew to drivers? "No connections are available" *I have ethernet*). Also it won't even recognise my second monitor anymore (I haven' touched any wires), when I go to Screen Resolution only the one monitor comes up.
Also on my desktop I don' have my Nvidia thing anymore (Only recycle bin)
Did I mess up badly?

My specs if that matters:
CPU - AMD FX-6300
Mobo - MSI 970 Gaming
Graphics Card - GTX750 ti

Send help :(

Basically if you used the motherboard CD and didn't get your NIC working, then you have other issues. If you are unable to access the internet, rerun the motherboard CD and make sure you install the NIC drivers (network card), once that is done...

Just reinstall the drivers for the NIC and the video card and you should be fine. The NIC driver should have come on the CD that came with your motherboard, then after that is installed, get online and download the newest driver for your video card from Nvidia.

Using the CD will be fine to get up and running, and he can always download the latest drivers when he's able.
