Ofcorse you can. But keep in my that you will need to lower to ddr3 rams to stay in price also future upgrades will cost you more than first idea. First one is more futureproof :)
This is what it will look like.

You do not need A10 CPU. This is APU. (Not like Simpson Apu)
Since you have video card you do not need graphics from your CPU. I would rather choose FX 8350 if you must go for Red team. And way better is to go with Intel. Lets say i5 6500 or even lower i5 6400 is better than A10 CPU.
You can find some lower priced older CPUs from intel too. But there is no point to buy APU from AMD if you have Video card. It is waste of money.

EDIT:
I assemble this one for you now.

But why go with FX series. it is not smart to buy CPU which is almost dead. It can run games but not latest and not even far good as similar priced Intels. Also it is not future proof. If you decide to upgrade in future you will need to change motherboard probably rams and CPU. Also there is no point of SLI 2 cards if your CPU cant provide enough power t o follow them :)

As for my personal pick up to 550$ i will choose this parts:

Better CPU,
Rather MSi GPU than zotac
Bigger HDD

As if you want to stay at red team probably is best to wait new CPU from AMD but here is what you can get from reds :)

You need good cooler to cool this hungry CPU. You will need good overclocking Motherboard. Also you will need faster rams than low end DDR3

You can go cheaper with AMD but if you want to follow Intel for quality you need go bit expensive :)
